Common questions.
Do I need an account to vote?
No. Public voters can use a nominee code, choose a vote quantity and continue to secure checkout without creating a voter account.
How are paid votes confirmed?
HonourStage verifies payment server-to-server before a paid vote is treated as successful. A browser redirect by itself is not proof of payment.
When are results visible?
Each event controls its results policy. Standings may be live, released after voting closes, published manually by the organizer, or kept hidden.
Can I run my own awards event?
Yes. Organizer workspaces support event setup, categories, nominees, voting, payments, results and event-level commercial governance.
What happens if I have a payment problem?
Use the private payment-status lookup with the Paystack reference and voting email, then contact support if the transaction still needs review.
