How payment questions and refund requests are reviewed.
Before requesting a refund
Use the payment lookup page to confirm the transaction status and keep your Paystack reference available.
Eligible reviews
Duplicate charges, confirmed technical failures or payments that did not produce the purchased votes may be reviewed. A request is not automatically approved.
Completed voting
Because public votes affect live standings, successfully delivered votes are generally final unless required otherwise by law or confirmed platform error.
Processing
Approved refunds are handled through the original payment channel where possible. Provider processing times may apply.
Requesting support
Contact support with the payment reference, voting email, event and nominee. Never send a payment card number, password or one-time code.
