How do I get a ticket?
Open the event's public Box Office to view currently available ticket products. The order and ticket authorities determine availability and fulfilment.
What should I present at the gate?
Present the QR credential from your issued ticket wallet. Gate Operations validates the current credential and ticket lifecycle before admission.
Can the same ticket be used twice?
No. A successful admission is recorded by the canonical gate authority and later scans are treated as duplicates.
What if I have a ticket or payment problem?
Keep your ticket/order reference and receipt. Use the private order or payment-support journey; public pages never expose private transaction details.
