How HonourStage GH handles public and private information.
Information we collect
Public voting does not require a voter account. A vote may require a nominee code, receipt email, vote quantity and payment reference. Organizer and administrator accounts may include contact and authentication information.
How information is used
Information is used to process votes, verify payments, provide receipts, secure organizer and administrator accounts, support users, prevent abuse and maintain operational records.
Public results
Public leaderboards may show nominee names, categories and vote totals. They do not publish voter email addresses, payment references or other private transaction details.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed through Paystack. Their services are subject to their own privacy and security terms. HonourStage GH stores transaction references and status information needed to reconcile voting records.
Retention and requests
Records may be retained for operational, dispute, audit and legal purposes. Contact support through the published contact page for a privacy request.
